Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. It has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness and can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
Exercise outdoors has been proven to have a host of benefits, and we fully encourage everyone to get out into their local green space however they can.
This session will be aimed at all levels with complete beginners welcome.
Please bring a mat or blanket or towel, wear comfortable clothing with layers to suit the weather. This will be an outdoor event. Bring a bottle of water too.
