The Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017 came into force on 16th April 2017 and require each local planning authority to prepare and maintain a register of previously developed land in their area that meets relevant criteria. This is known as the Brownfield Land Register.
The information in the Register is correct as of 31st March 2017. We will review the Register annually in line with Government guidance.
