Carer's Consultation Survey

If you are a Carer we would love to hear from you. Your views will show us how best to improve support for Carers in Southend.

To help us do this, we are reaching out to Carers in various ways - including one-to-one discussions, focus groups and surveys to get your views on what is important.

An informal Carer is someone who supports a family member or friend who is ill, disabled, elderly, has mental health issues or substance misuse problems, without payment.

The support you offer may include shopping, cooking, dealing with medication, personal care or attending medical appointments with the person you care for. The person you care for could live with you or in their own home.

To have your say, please see the Carer's Consultation.

Alternatively, for a paper version or to complete the survey by telephone or to find out about other ways of getting involved please email: Carers@Southend.gov.uk or call 01702 534357. The survey closes on Monday 30th May.
