Recycling at School

Eco Schools

Eco-Schools, who are run by Keep Britain Tidy, teach students the importance of being eco-friendly through:

  • classroom learning
  • community projects

Schools follow an Eco-School programme, working towards a Green Flag status.

For more info about Eco-Schools and how to become one, please visit their website.

Recycle Now

The Recycling Knowledge page on the Recycle Now website has info for schools, to help them set up recycling schemes.
They also have teaching resources for secondary schools.

There are a number of schemes which can raise funds for your school while you recycle.

Please visit the Lawrence M Barry website, to find out more about his recycling schemes.
