This is Southend's health and wellbeing website. You can find information and advice on how to stay well, as well as links and contact details for people who can help. You can also find:

- details of organisations who can support children or adults with various health and wellbeing issues
- services that can provide support for children and adults
- information, advice and guidance on local services and support for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
