  • tell us about any changes using our new MySouthend forms, all from your secure online account

You must tell us when you move to a new home, or move out of your current home. It is quick and easy to tell us by completing the relevant online moving form. If you are moving out of a property and wont be registering at another property in the city click on Tell us that you have moved home, then go to view change of address services and select I am moving out of the City.

If you are a landlord, or an agent acting on behalf of a landlord, register for MySouthend to access the Landlord Move form to tell us of your change of tenants.

  • the date the sale of the property was completed
  • the name of the new owner
  • your forwarding address
  • the exact dates for any period that the property was empty and unfurnished after you moved out
    • the date your tenancy agreement ended
    • the name and address of your landlord/managing agent
    • your forwarding address
    • the exact dates for any period that the property was empty and unfurnished after you moved out
    • the date the sale of the property was completed
    • the contact address of the previous owner if known
    • the date you are moving furniture into the property
    • the date you will start living in the property
    • if you are not moving in straight away, where you have been staying
    • the date that your tenancy agreement starts
    • the name and address of your landlord/managing agent
    • the date you are moving furniture into the property
