Please complete this form if you are having difficulty placing out your recycling and waste for collection. We may be able to arrange for an easier collection point.
However, you must meet at least one of the following criteria to be eligible for an assisted collection
- elderly or infirm
- have a certified short or long term medical condition
- be registered with a disability
AND
- there's no one else living with you who could put the bins out
Please be aware your request will be reviewed by a Council Officer and our contractor, who may contact you further to discuss your application and/or presentation location.
Please note:- Our Contractor will not be able to enter your home to collect the waste and recycling, but they can collect it from an easier place outside your property.
We are unable to provide this service to blocks of flats or properties with communal bin storage facilities.
