Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council is applying for the renewal of the approval of the undermentioned premises for the solemnisation of civil marriages and civil partnerships in pursuance of Section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1994, or for the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of Section 6(3A)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

Members of the public may inspect the application and the plan accompanying it during normal office hours at the Register Office, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6ER.
Any person who wishes to object to the grant of approval may do so by giving notice in writing within 21 days from the appearance of this notice to the undersigned stating their reasons.
