To amend the road layout within Chichester Road by the following:
- Installing a build out (Rediweld) bolt down keep right reflective bollard,
- Installing temporary ramps for pedestrians to enter the carriageway and safely pass the large tree at that location,
- Installing hatched markings to the south of the new bus layby
- Installing hatched markings to the north of the new bus layby,
- Reducing the road to a single northbound lane between York Road and Tylers Avenue.
