Southend-on-Sea Borough Council wants to better understand its residents' attitudes, behaviours and motivations relating to physical activity.
The findings of this survey will be used to help inform the council’s future plans to increase levels of participation in physical activity.
The survey is being conducted by Enventure Research, an independent research agency, on behalf of the council.
If you take part in the survey, you will be offered the chance to enter into a prize draw to win a top prize of £100 or one of three runner-up prizes of £50.
