Calling all parents and carers with a child due to start school in September 2025, to apply now for their child’s primary school place.

Southend-on-Sea City Council are reminding parents that primary school applications must be made by the end of Wednesday 15 January (11.59pm - if online) for a reception school place. Late applications are accepted however, submitting your application on time increases the chances of your child being offered a place at their preferred school.
