Enhanced Partnership notice of intent
Further to the issue of Standing Order 46: Southend Bus Service Improvement Plan and Enhanced Partnership on 22nd June 2021, Southend-on-Sea City Council gave approval to the development of an Enhanced Partnership. The commencement of this is confirmed through this notice of the intention to prepare an Enhanced Partnership Plan and accompanying Enhanced Partnership Schemes, as required and set out in Section 138F of the Transport Act 2000.
The geographical area that is intended to be covered by both the Enhanced Partnership and Bus Service Improvement Plan encompasses all wards within the local authority boundary of Southend-on-Sea. This boundary area can be seen on our downloadable ward map.
