Local Transport Plan 3 (LTP3) Implementation Plan 2021/22 - 2022/23
An extension to the current LTP Implementation Plan has been approved. This will extend the Implementation Plan to cover the year 2022/23. Once the Implementation Plan is published, it will be uploaded to this page.
The Implementation Plan has been updated to state how it achieves the Southend 2050 Vision. The actions in the plan will achieve the following outcomes:
- it is easier for residents, visitors, and people who work here to get around the city
- people have a wide choice of transport options
- we are leading the way in making public and private travel smart, clean, and green
- more people have physically active lifestyles, including through the use of local open space
