On 19 December 2023, the Information Commissioner's Office issued the Council with a Practice Recommendation. This followed an assessment of response times to FOIA requests.
We have produced an action plan outlining the measures being taken to improve our practices.
Starting from the first quarter of 2024/25, we will collect and then publish all statistics outlined in the Freedom of Information Code of Practice. Until then, statistics we currently collect are available to download and will be updated regularly.
