Renewing your bus pass

Your bus pass will be automatically renewed unless you have applied under disabled person's bus pass category D or G, with these a letter will be sent prior to expiry asking for further evidence to clarify your eligibility.

If you have moved address since receiving your bus pass, please notify us of your new address (including proof) so that we can update our systems. Failure to do this may result in you not receiving your renewed bus pass or renewal reminder letter.

What happens if my bus pass is lost or stolen?

You can apply for a replacement bus pass by filling in the lost bus pass application form.

A £5 administration fee will be required for a replacement bus pass.
