Moving out of a property
If you are moving out of a property we need the following information:
- your full name and property address
- an alternative address to send any final correspondence to
- if you have sold the property, the completion date
- the date that your lease, tenancy of license expired
- precise details of any empty periods at the property
- the full name and address of the landlord of the property
- if you are moving premises, the details of the new property you will be responsible for
