You must tell us when you move to a new home, or move out of your current home. It is quick and easy to tell us by completing the relevant online moving form. If you are moving out of a property and wont be registering at another property in the city click on 'Tell us that you have moved home', then go to 'View change of address services' and select 'I am moving out of the City'.
If you are moving into or within the city you will need to select those options.

If you are a landlord, or an agent acting on behalf of a landlord, register for MySouthend to access the Landlord Move form to tell us of your change of tenants.

- the exact dates for any period that the property was empty and unfurnished after you moved out
- the date your tenancy agreement ended
- the name and address of your landlord/managing agent
