To install two traffic-calming priority buildouts on New Road, near its junction with Hadleigh Road, designed to physically narrow the carriageway and create two single-lane sections. One buildout will be positioned adjacent to the footbridge crossing on the south side, improving visibility and reducing the crossing width. The second buildout is planned approximately 70 metres west of the crossing on the north side of the road.
