The effect of the proposed Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) would be to amend parking controls within the St Laurence Ward area by introducing a new Permit Parking Area (Zone AR) operating Monday to Sunday, 8am–6pm, including permit parking controls, waiting restrictions, limited waiting bays, disabled persons parking places and associated off-street parking arrangements.
