Use this form to apply for inclusion funding or request support from inclusion services.
Inclusion funding is available for children and young people in reception to year 11 attending Southend state-funded schools and academies.
Referrals to the specialist teaching service are open to children and young people in years 1 to 13.
Referrals to the sensory team and physical disability service are open to children and young people aged 0 to 25.
