For Crisis Payments Southend-on-Sea City Council will notify the applicant of the decision and the right of the applicant to ask for a review of the award and the time and manner of doing so.
If awarded, the notification advising them they have been successful will also specify:
details of the award given, funds given or item given
how to use the assigned payment method
details of the Resilience Offer attached to the award
