Southend City Jam map unveiled revealing who's painting where

Southend City Jam returns this Friday 29 August, and the council has revealed the official 2025 City Jam map, giving residents and visitors a first look at this year's festival layout.

The City Jam map reveals exactly who's painting where, with over 200 artists assigned to more than 100 walls across the city centre and seafront.

From headliners like Smug and Jota Lopez, to featured artists, supporting talent, and Cube Collab contributors, the map makes it easy to explore the full line-up and plan your route.

New City Jam additions this year include:

  • a Community Wall outside The Forum where everyone can try their hand at street art
  • free workshops at Focal Point Gallery (bookable online)
  • a new exhibition and merchandise space in The Royals Shopping Centre

The map also highlights legacy murals from past festivals, helping visitors discover Southend's growing collection of permanent street art.

Cllr Matt Dent, cabinet member for business, culture, music and tourism, said: “City Jam grows bigger and bolder every year. We're proud to bring you this free, world-class celebration of street art right here in Southend, which really builds on our sense of Civic Pride."
