During office hours
Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm

Emergency out of hours
If you've been made homeless outside of our normal working hours and you require emergency housing, we have an out of hours service. However, be aware that if you don't qualify for emergency housing we won't be able to help you out of hours.
In person
You can speak to us if you visit the civic centre during office hours. In most cases we will need to book an appointment to see you in person.
