Use this form to apply for a pier fishing pass. Please note you will need to provide a copy of either your driver’s license, passport or birth certificate and 1 passport size photo.

If applying for a night fishing pass you will also need to provide proof of your NFSA-registered fishing club membership.

If you are renewing a fishing pass you will need to provide your existing pass number.

Once your application has been reviewed, a member of the team will be in contact to request payment.
