Eligibility for this service arrangement will be reviewed periodically. If at any time the council has reason to believe that the household no longer meets the criteria for this service the additional provision may be removed.
Extra capacity will be supplied when the council is satisfied that every reasonable effort has been made to divert waste through the recycling bin and food waste caddy, and extra waste is generated on a regular basis.
