You will only be able to report a missed collection within 2 working days of the date collection was due.
We will aim to return and complete the collection within one working day, except when we suspend the collection service in exceptional circumstances.
Please note Furniture containing persistent organic pollutants (POPs) will be collected separately. This may mean two vehicles collecting at different times. POPs are usually found in upholstered furniture like sofas and armchairs. More information can be found on our POPs web page.
Each page has a 30 minute time limit for completion.
