For residents who are unable to home compost, there are two options to register for a garden waste collection:
- Using our compostable sack collection service
- Using our wheeled bin garden waste collection service
Please note that garden waste collection days may vary from other collection days - Cory Environmental will confirm your collection day with you during the registration process.
How do you join the scheme?
If you would like a green garden waste bin, please contact Cory Environmental on 01702 617766.
If you have purchased the garden waste sacks, you can register your address by either:
- Completing the online form to the left.
- Completing the registration card enclosed with the sacks and returning it to Cory Environmental.
- Contacting Cory Environmental on 01702 617766.
Please note that registration will need to take place on an annual basis to ensure collections continue.
How much does it cost?

*After you have bought the wheeled bin you will also need to buy a 39 or 52 week permit for collections to take place.
**This is a charge for customers who choose to continue the service for an additional 13 weeks from the end of the 39 week term.
You need to place your garden waste wheeled bin or compostable sacks at the edge of your property by 7am on your scheduled collection day where they can be seen and are easily accessible from the road. Please ensure they do not block the public highway (pavement or road).

Garden Waste Sack Scheme
If you have registered for the garden waste sack scheme and wish to continue using them when the new collection scheme year commences (in March each year) then please re-register your address by the end of January to ensure collections continue. This can be done by contacting Cory Environmental on 01702617766.
