Garden Waste

If you have presented your garden waste bin and it has not been collected then please report a missed collection using our online form.

If you are unable to home compost your garden waste you can either register for the garden waste wheeled bin service or the garden waste compostable sack service.

Please note that garden waste collection days may vary from other collection days, and will not be affected by bank holidays. Veolia will confirm your collection day with you during the registration process.

How to join the scheme

If you would like to join the wheeled bin service, please download and print off the relevant documents from the Most Popular Downloads - Garden Waste at the bottom of this page. Completed forms can be returned to Veolia using the Freepost address provided. Alternatively contact Veolia on 0203 5676955.

Please note that forms must be posted back and cannot be hand delivered as Veolia’s sites do not have public access.

If you have purchased the compostable garden waste sacks, you can register your address by either:

  • Completing the online form
  • Completing the registration card enclosed with the sacks
  • Contacting Veolia on 0203 5676955
