Cancellations
Cancellations must be made a minimum of two working days before the scheduled collection date.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the following:
- for paid bookings, you will not be given a refund
- for free bookings, the appointment will count as your free collection for that year
For example, if your collection is booked for Wednesday, you will need to let us know no later than midnight the Sunday before your collection date that you wish to cancel.
