If you are a care leaver in custody
If you are in prison or another secure setting, we will continue to support you.
We will:
- visit you regularly
- keep in touch by phone, video call, letters or email
- help you create and review your pathway plan that helps you make the best use of your time in custody. This includes keeping yourself safe, staying connected to important people, and building skills for the future through training and education
- support you to attend court if needed
- work with prison staff and other professionals
- pay your £50 birthday payment into your prison account (ages 18 to 21).
- help plan for your release, including:
- finding somewhere to live
- education, training or work
- ongoing support
- planning your journey home
