SCAAP - Policies Map (February 2018)
The Policies Map for the SCAAP does not include areas at risk of flooding. This information is contained within the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment and in any future advice / information provided by the Environment Agency. This approach enables flood risk data to be updated when required. Southend-on-Sea City Council and the Environment Agency can be contacted to confirm the most up to date information.
