  • the largest Ethnic Minority group within the council is Black African and Black Caribbean
  • that the 3.2% of employees who identify as Black African and Black Caribbean mirrors the local community (2.9%)
  • that the Asian community is underrepresented within the council when compared to the local community (gap of 3.9%)
