An action plan
- set short, medium and long term actions that will aid progress towards achieving the SMART targets
- survey results and modal split data for interim travel plans (we accept Office for National Statistics data from the most recent National Census)
- date the survey was taken or a breakdown of the different travel options used
- survey of how people usually travel to the establishment
- information on how the data has been calculated/the type of survey used, such as:

- a report on the numbers surveyed and how many responded
