When guests arrive
Please email us the following information when your guest(s) arrives:
- Your name and address.
- Guest name(s).
- If children under 18 are included.
- Arrival date.
Send your email: resettlement@southend.gov.uk, with the subject line Homes for Ukraine Arrival Notification - [Your surname]
This helps us:
- arrange safety checks
- organise payments
- support children and families
