Car parks locked overnight
Vehicles left in any of our car parks after the advertised closing time can remain there overnight and until the next opening day. This is at no cost.
However, vehicles that are left in the car parks are at the owners' risk. We accept no liability for loss or damage caused to any vehicle in the car parks. This includes content within.
If you require access to your vehicle after the closing time (when locked) you will have to pay an unlocking fee of £91.
How to make payment

To pay the unlocking fee, please visit MySouthend.
By telephone
To pay over the phone, please call 01702 680 280. You will be asked for:
- location code 610099
- your registration number
What to do after payment
After payment has been made, please call 01702 215 000 to arrange for the car park to be unlocked.
