This page gives an overview of the current fees and charges for all parking permit types and car park season tickets, making it easy for you to find the information you need all in one place.
Resident permit charges
- 1st permit - £22.00 per annum
- 2nd permit - £36.00 per annum
- 3rd permit - £70.00 per annum
- 4th permit - £102.00 per annum
- company vehicle - £135.00 per annum*
*Company cars will be charged at the standard permit price. Only non-car company vehicles (e.g. vans, trucks) will be charged the company vehicle rate.

Seafront permit charges
- Zone 1 £540 per annum
- Zone 3 £245 per annum

Season tickets for named car parks
We offer 2 types of season tickets:
Season ticket for named car park - this permit is valid for one specific car park. Available monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annually. Note: Baxter Avenue is only available as an annual ticket.
Season tickets for zones - this permit is valid for a group of car parks within a designated zone (see the following list). Available monthly, quarterly, or annually.
