Voluntary sector permit
Voluntary organisations located or who provide services across the city are encouraged to purchase and take advantage of Southend Pass for their parking needs.
It allows parking for up to 3 hours, per zone, per day:
- in Council-operated car parks
- on roadside pay-by-phone/pay and display bays
