Season tickets for car parks

If you regularly use our car parks, a season ticket can save you time and money. This option is ideal for full-time employees and commuters who frequently park in council car parks.

We offer 2 types of season tickets:

  1. Season ticket for named car park - this permit is valid for one specific car park. Available monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annually. Note: Baxter Avenue is only available as an annual ticket.
  2. Season tickets for zones - this permit is valid for a group of car parks within a designated zone (see the following list). Available monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annually.

Car parks where season tickets are available

  • Zone 1A: Seaway Car Park, Shorefield Road Car Park
  • Zone 1B: Eastern Esplanade Car Park
  • Zone 2A: Tylers Avenue - York Road, University Square, Warrior Square
  • Zone 2B: Ceylon Road, Hamlet Court Road, North Road
  • Zone 3A: Shoebury Common North, Shoebury East Beach, Thorpe Bay Broadway
  • Zone 3B: Ilfracombe Avenue, Leigh Marshes
  • Zone 4B: Rayleigh Road
  • Baxter Avenue

Please note: The car parks listed are the only ones available for use with a season ticket.

Season ticket application process

Applications may take up to 10 working days to be processed.

It is the applicant's responsibility to allow sufficient time for processing.

Please make sure you have read the terms and conditions before you apply for or renew a season ticket.

Duplicate season ticket for Baxter Avenue

To purchase a duplicate season ticket for Baxter Avenue, please complete our online application form. These are non-refundable.

Changing your vehicle details

Existing permit holders that requires a change to vehicle details must submit an application online.

Permit cancellation and refunds

You may request to cancel your permit at any time.

Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for each full remaining calendar month, subject to an administration fee.

No refund will be provided if less than one full calendar month remains on the permit.
